1) Agreement to these Terms
By using zenlinkfashion.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.
2) Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account info and for keeping your login safe. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
3) Products, pricing & availability
Product details, images, and prices are shown on each product page and may change at any time.
We may correct errors (including price or stock errors) and cancel any order that was impacted by an error—of course, we’ll notify you and refund any charges if an order is canceled because of our error.
4) Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we (a) charge your payment method and (b) send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, address issues, out of stock).
5) Payment & taxes
We accept major payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are shown in USD unless noted. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
6) Shipping & delivery
We show processing and transit estimates on our Shipping Policy page. If we can’t ship within the stated time, we’ll ask for your consent to a new date or promptly refund you—this is required by the U.S. Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (the “30-day rule”).
7) Risk of loss & title
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided (or when you collect from a carrier, if you use your own carrier). Title transfers upon delivery.
8) Returns & refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy (below) explains eligibility and timing. Card refunds are processed to the original payment method and submitted as purchase return authorizations so most cardholders see a pending credit shortly after we approve the refund; posting times depend on your issuer.
9) Promotions & gift cards
Promo codes can’t be combined unless stated and don’t apply to taxes/shipping. Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
10) Intellectual property
All site content (designs, logos, text, images) is owned by ZENLINK LLC or our licensors. You may not use it without permission.
11) Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site (e.g., attempt to break security, scrape content, or interfere with operations). We may suspend or block access for violations.
12) Warranties & liability (as permitted by law)
The site and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or injury where such limits are prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, for any dispute not subject to informal resolution.
