How returns work
Email us with your order number and reason.

Return shipping
Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for another size/style if available. If not, we’ll process a refund.
Non-returnable
Final-sale items, customized products, undergarments, and items not in original condition.
Refund timing & method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return (typically within 7–10 business days of receipt).
For card payments, we submit your refund using Purchase Return Authorization practices so many cardholders see a pending credit soon after approval; your bank’s posting speed varies.
